Film Director (Narrative Shorts)
As a director, I specialise in crafting impactful **narrative short films** that resonate deeply with audiences. My passion lies in guiding authentic performances and shaping striking visual aesthetics that truly serve the story’s emotional core. I’m adept at translating a script’s vision into a captivating screen experience, meticulously overseeing every stage of production from pre-production planning and casting through to the final edit. My directorial work is driven by a desire to create films that not only entertain but also provoke thought and leave a lasting impression.
Fixed Project Fee (up to 15-minute runtime): £1,000 – £2,500
This fee covers my directorial services for pre-production, on-set direction, and post-production oversight on narrative short films up to 15 minutes in length. Please note that production costs (e.g., crew, equipment, locations, catering, etc.) are separate and will be quoted based on the specific needs and scale of your project.
Screenwriter (Original Scripts)
My screenwriting process is dedicated to developing **original scripts** that captivate from the very first page. I craft compelling narratives with authentic dialogue, rich character arcs, and innovative structures. My expertise lies in exploring themes that challenge and engage, building worlds and characters that feel both unique and relatable. Whether starting from a blank page or developing a nascent idea, I’m committed to delivering polished, thought-provoking screenplays that are both artistically ambitious and viable for production.
Fixed Project Fee (Short Film Script, up to 15 pages): £400 – £800
This fee covers the development and delivery of a polished, original short film script up to 15 pages in length, including up to two rounds of revisions based on your feedback.
Filmmaking Consultation & Project Development
Beyond directing and writing, I offer **consultation and project development services** to help other filmmakers navigate the complexities of bringing their ideas to fruition. If you have a concept that needs refining, a script requiring structural analysis, or a project in its early stages that needs strategic guidance, I can provide valuable insights. My aim is to help you overcome creative challenges, streamline your development process, and position your project for success, drawing upon my practical experience in independent film production.
Hourly Rate: £75/hour
Day Rate (8 hours): £500
For larger or longer-term development projects, bespoke packages can be discussed and quoted individually.
